		<description>Ours at work isn't transcribed, but it shows up in our mailboxes as a sound file attachment, so you don't have to go to the effort of picking up the phone to listen to it (unless you want to).</description>

		<description>Voice recognition software has come a long way, but it still sucks... and fails to take into account inflection and nuance.

I do however get an email alerting me to VM's at work, which rocks when you're working from home.</description>
